Dans<3 festival and Engaging Audiences conference in Stockholm
Dansens Hus Stockholm is preparing a modul-dance conference and festival. Under the title Engaging Audiences, the conference will discuss the historical, social and political framework of audience work, and its implications for dance houses presenting contemporary dance and performance. The program will consist of keynote lectures, panel discussions, presentations of good practices and case studies concerning audience development and participation, and workshops.
This conference coincides with the first edition of the festival Dans<3 Stockholm, with the participation, amongst other local artist, of the modul-dance selected artists Julia Cima, Marcos Morau/La Veronal, The Loose Collective, An Kaler, Alexandra Waierstall and David Wampach.
